The aim of safety visit is to experience potential safety hazards, including slight electric shock, harness suspension trauma strap, strike on safety footwear and fall from height; understanding safety procedure and potential safety hazards, and experience simulation of accident previews through VR equipment. The tour also includes visit to Medical Centre and Fire Emergency Control Centre on reclaimed land.

Please complete the reply slip and return to the Association via email at admin@hkosh.org.hk by 2 December 2022 (Friday). Successful application will be notified via email in due course.

	Participants shall pay a refundable registration of HK$50 to secure your attendance. We will refund the amount to you after completion of the visit. Please send your cheque to “The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association”. Alternatively, you may pay directly to our bank account (HSBC current A/C. No. : 111-078119-001).
	No refund will be arranged for those who do not show up.

New Reclaimed Land Aboard Requirement :
All visitor must have the visitor pass to aboard the island. To get the visitor pass, the visitor should be,
 1. Full vaccinated, (i.e. 3 doses + 14 days), need to provide the valid COVID-19 vaccination record for confirmation, OR
2. Completed 3 doses but less than 14 days, need to provide the negative result of valid COVID-19 test (both Swab Method or DTS was accepted) conducted in the last 14 days.
