More than 10-year experience in supporting use of Personal Protective Equipment such as respiratory protection, hearing protection, head, eye & face, body protection and fall protection etc.

During his career in 3M, he actively advocated and educated the public by providing personal protection equipment knowledge/application training, bringing occupational hazard awareness and sharing the current personal protection equipment product advancement, standard & regulation update around the globe etc. 

He is also involved in promoting the importance of respirator fit as well as hearing protector fit test.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                              
Abstract : 
The presentation covers Hong Kong noise control ordinance, noise hazard awareness. It also describes briefly the elements of hearing protection conservation program which includes how to select the right hearing protector, how to wear hearing protector correctly and introduce the fit test of hearing protector to provide adequate hearing protection.

	The webinar is free of charge and an one and half hours e-attendance certificate will be issued to members of HKOSHA upon completion of the webinar. (It will be subject to Labour Department to count the attendance as CPD).
	If any non-members wish to obtain an e-attendance certificate (HK$50 will be charged), please contact Ms. Daisy Luk of HKOSHA Secretariat at 2332 9210 for special arrangement. 
	Webinar link and password will be sent to successful applicants by email before 1:00 pm on 14 November 2022 (Monday).
	No certificate will be issued to those who arrive after 7:40 pm.
