哈爾濱職安健企業參訪 及 海參崴(俄羅斯)活動 

Please be informed that The 29th Cross Strait, Hong Kong and Macao OSH Symposium and Safety Visit will be held on 26-28 September 2024 in Harbin, PR China.  A tour to Vladivostok [海參崴(俄羅斯) ] and Safety Visit will be arranged before the Symposium on 21-26 September 2024. The fees for the round-trip air-tickets, tour, safety visit,  hotel accommodation, symposium registration fee (including round trip travelling from HK and Harbin, Tour to Vladivostok [海參崴(俄羅斯) ] on 21 – 29 September 2024 and Surcharge can be found in the attachment. 

Should you be interested in joining the above, please complete the reply form attached via email: admin@hkosha.org.hk as soon as possible and send us the fees concerned to the Secretariat (PO Box 79700, Mongkok Post Office, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong) for the purpose to secure the return ticket before the National Day of PR China, and Symposium registration with the organizer of The 29th Cross-Strait, Hong Kong and Macao Occupational Safety and Health Symposium, registration for Visiting Organizations, Visa application for the tour and hotel reservation. Please arrange your own travel insurance for the event from 21-29 September 2024. Cancellation fees of symposium registration (￥$2,500 / HK$2750) will be required by the Organizer; Cancellation fees of the tour and hotel accommodations are subject to the remarks of the tour, the policy of Travel Agency/Hotel, and availability at the time of booking. Cancellation fees will be required by the Travel Agency/Hotel.  A certificate for 9 /15 hours will be issued to the participants upon completion of the Symposium / Safety Visit and Symposium. (It will be subject to Labour Department to accept CPD hours or not).

Please send your cheque to “The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association”. Alternatively, you may pay directly to our bank account (HSBC, current account no.: 111-078119-001).
