Language: Cantonese Seminar Highlight: As a major tourist attraction located on Lantau Island in Hong Kong, Ngong Ping 360 (NP360) offers guests an exciting and unique natural and cultural experience. The Ngong Ping Cable Car stretches 5.7 km from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping and is the longest bi-cable ropeway system in Asia. It offers a visually spectacular 25-minute journey with panoramic views of the flora and fauna of North Lantau Country Park, Tung Chung Bay, Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge as well as Hong Kong International Airport. Emergency preparedness is a key safety element in every organization and NP360 is no exception. Since its opening in 2006, NP360 has experienced various large and small incidents which enable the Company to learn from mistakes and strive for improvement and resilience. The seminar would give an overview on NP360’s emergency management and its results. Speaker : Mr. CHOW Ting Hing, Edward Edward is the Head of Safety & Quality of NP360. He starts his safety career in MTR in 1994 and has been working in various safety and quality business units before secondment to NP360 in 2014. Edward is also the Vice-President of HKOSHA.
