Dr LEE Kwong Sing has Doctorate Degree of Safety Engineering and Master Degree of Safety Management. Dr Lee is now working for MTR as Senior Construction Safety Adviser in Project Division of Operations Department. His main duties include planning, coordinating and conducting safety and health education and training programmes, undertaking accident investigation and workplace inspection, verifying the effectiveness of safety and health measures and their on-site implementation. Dr Lee is an exceptionally experienced safety practitioner, auditor and trainer.
Abstract: Three types of Electrical Safety problem which can be brought about by Environment, System and Human. This presentation will highlight specific occupational health & safety issues related to Electrical Safety of Construction Work Sites in Hong Kong.
